How Do I Know If We Are a Good Fit?

Sometimes it isn't enough to find a knowledgeable, well-accredited and experienced advisor. That just isn't enough for a successful working relationship.

What is your investment philosophy?

We create customized investment portfolios based on a conservative investment philosophy. We utilize only dividend-paying stocks with a history of regularly growing dividends and corporate bonds. Our focus is on income generating blue chip value investments that consistently outperform the market with less risk.

What type of clients typically benefit the most from working with your firm?

We work with serious investors focused on achieving consistently better tax efficient returns with predictable and sustainable results. Our typical client has in excess $500,000.00 investable assets with a focus on sustainable retirement.

Is there a minimum account size to do business with your firm?

Yes. In order to properly build a customized portfolio, a minimum of $300,000.00 of family assets is required.

What does the term “independent Financial Advisor” mean?

Independent Financial Advisor can separate his/her advice from the sale of any products. There are no conflicts caused by a dealership grid compensation payout model and the advisor is free of any institutional biases (like bank or brokerage companies). Advisor’s compensation is not tied to any sales numbers. The advisor offers the best solutions for each individual client based on their unique situation.

In a world full of confusing advertising, products and services that all look very similar, what makes you different from the banks and others?

First we start by learning about you one on one. Things like, your needs, goals, time horizon, comfort level and previous experiences. We then help you to clarify your current situation and review how you got there. We identify potential problems and opportunities.

We educate you on the pros and cons of the many investment products available. We review things like risk, liquidity, tax efficiency and true cost. Once you have this information you are in a better position to implement the appropriate strategies designed to achieve your specific goals. The plan does not stop once your investments are made. We continue to help you on an ongoing basis. We review and update your plan regularly to ensure you are on track to achieve your goals in the timeline you established.

Are you available to work with me after business hours?

Absolutely. We offer flexible meeting times and locations to best recognize your individual needs and unique situation.

How often will you be meeting with me?

Our services are customized to meet the individual needs of each client. You will enjoy face-to-face meetings at a time and place that is convenient for you. You will meet with your financial advisor minimum once a year face – to – face and more often if your situation requires it.

How transparent and flexible are you in terms of fees?

When working with us you will have a clear understanding of all fees that you pay and what you receive for the money you spend. You have a right to know exactly what you are paying for both advice from your advisor and portfolio management.

Each client’s fees are negotiated based on the size of the portfolio and their specific needs.

Our compensation is not tied to any commission generated from the sale of any investment products. This allows you to pay fairly for the value of the advice and service you actually receive.

Do I really need a Financial Planner?
